  7. o Sub-Boards have their own access system.  The U command can be used to
  8.   set the level of individual users.  New users start at level 0.
  9.   You can use a negative access level to lock a user out of the Sub-Board.

  11. o The access level for the first room is also the access level (the
  12.   level for the sub-board access system, not for the rest of the board)
  13.   required to enter the sub-board.  This level should normally be 0 for
  14.   the sub-board to be open.
